  • 2200 TPH conveyor transfer chute with difficult transition​
  • Existing layout was 3D laser scanned in order to ensure proper fit-up with new chutework​
  • Discrete element modeling (DEM) performed in order to ensure proper material flow pattern, velocities, & wear​
  • Fabrication detail drawings developed for chutework and liners
