Dynamic Analysis

STL Engineering routinely performs dynamic analysis of structures and foundations supporting equipment that can introduce significant dynamic forces during normal operation. Examples of such equipment are: crushers, screens, grinding mills, concrete mixers, fans, turbo generators, engines, pumps and other.

By performing extensive dynamic analysis during the analysis and design phase of the project, we can prevent potential problems including resonance, excessive vibrations, and exceeded velocity / acceleration limits for equipment and human comfort. This helps to avoid environmental and operator health issues, lowers equipment maintenance costs, avoids damage in supporting structures, and prevents operational downtime.
